Turkey Burgers - Part II
So - the frozen turkey burgers were great. Bruce broiled them (after defrosting!). I liked this better than pan fried. The potatoes were good leftover, too. We wondered whether one might make them in the oven the first night, maybe by putting them in the oven in the pan after the "browning the onions" phase.

we had the potatoes yesterday. i don't know if they were comparable to yours, but ours reminded me of home fries - the individual slices gave way to one large mass of heavy potatoes. e thinks the slices were not thick enough for me. they were fine for her since she's a big fan of home fries. me, not so much. -tastykakes
