Fettuccine Alfredo p.180
Made this for dinner last week. Cut the recipe in half as I was only feeding two of us. I used Barilla pasta and cooked it for 9 minutes and then finished it in the pan for an extra 4 minutes. I used one cup of grated cheese which may have been a bit much. It was, however, still really good!

never been a big fan of the alfredo. (maybe it's the fredo - "you broke my heart!") this version was a lovely surprise. it's delicious. -tastykakes
