These two recipes were really yummy together. Bruce says the recipe progressed as advertised, nothing surprising. The pictures are NOT as well executed as in the cookbook (no surprises there, either!). Frankly, the plating left a lot to be desired. Bruce slapped the potatoes on the plate, and wanted me to hurry up to photograph it and get out of the way so he could eat! We almost forgot the almonds, as can be seen from the haphazard way they are on the potatoes. No extra points awarded for looks, for sure. Taste was excellent. There are two extra turkey burgers and sauce in the freezer. I think possibly the burger portions could be made into 6 (rather than 4) as I had plenty to eat.
