Marinated Tofu

I made the Edamame and Smoked Tofu Succotash again. This time I bought extra-firm organic tofu and followed the following recipe:

I used the first marinade. I bought the Bragg's Liquid Aminos from Wegman's. It was much better than the smoked tofu I had used the first time.
